My only feedback would be to include a measuring spoon of some sort to make the daily dosage more consistent, because right now im still trying to figure out what dosage works best for me, and how many grams that dosage actually is. Felt that burn on the tounge he always describes. Lid got extremely hard to open if I even closed it with the slightest amount of force. I also felt less of a burn after about a week but maybe that's on my part due to bad storage. Had difficulties with shipping. Only way I got to know where it was shipped towards was due to a mail invoice sent to my house reminding me to pick it up. Wish his shop told me where to pick it up and gave me a code etc. Otherwise very good product, my sleep is shit but I still have good energy and I feel just more resistant to stressors in general, more locked in you could say.
