I thought it would take about one week for it to kick in if it did kick in after two days I’ve noticed a massive difference. I would recommend it to anybody.

Placed an order on 1/28/26. Was told that it would be resent in the middle of March. Reached out again through X in May, and no effort has been made to communicate with me since then

Insulation packaging didn't help and arrived hot rendering the jelly useless. Refund request is getting ignored.
I don't know where the shipment originated from, but I assume it was the Netherlands. Proper refrigeration is critical for this product, otherwise it spoils. It took about 2.5 weeks from placing the order until delivery, and it was in transit for at least a full week!!!! It is highly likely that the product is no longer in the condition it should be. What I don't understand is: if it was shipped from the Netherlands, why on earth does delivery to Germany take 2.5 weeks??????

I reside in the usa and as far as attaining this royal Jelly it can take sometimes a few weeks to a month to arrive so stock up on a big order to last a few months is my best advice and order another once you are on your last jar or two. This is great stuff before this brand i was getting RawRoyalJelly but i felt like the jars would not last as long as they advertised. This one has more of that sour flavor so it must be packing the royalty hard and also lasts as long as advertised based on consumption guides. Enjoy.
